How Tom designs name brand Packaging Design that sells
It’s the same process for any other type of graphic design or packaging design we do.
After discussing your market and many other aspects and details – Tom designs and shows you one or more pencil sketches or computer sketches of the package design, package label or logo.
Tom calls out various thoughts as handwritten notes on the side or in email for further discussion.
Once all agree the rough package design, label or logo design is approved and best it can be, then Tom starts Phase Two of the packaging or label or logo design process, transforming the approved design into a computer rendering.
In Phase One Tom is considering the very best way the package or logo design can sell your product to your intended consumer, and the best way the package or logo design can appeal to retail buyers.
Phase One can also include a competitive brand review to analyze competitors.
Based on the approved packaging design sketch…
…Tom creates a number of rough computer packaging design concept sketches as options to assess and choose from.
Each packaging design sketch option has its benefits and drawbacks.
At this stage you can test the design on friends, family, associates, potential consumers and retail buyers, or conduct a focus group. As a result Tom might refine the design at Tom’s normal rate..
At the end of this packaging design phase you choose a design for Tom to make final artwork.
The packaging design artwork prints perfectly.
Tom creates the final packaging design artwork with all the packaging design specs, you approve it, and Tom sends the approved package design artwork to your printer anywhere in the world.

We don’t do any printing yet if we help you follow through with a packaging printer you can be doubly assured of the finest outcome in every way.
In the end you get a brand name result.
For any time not included in the phases above, Tom’s normal rate applies for consultation, changes, alterations, resizing or revisions.
To pre-sell your packaging Tom can create a very real 3D image of the packaging before the packaging is printed that you can use on websites, in promotion and marketing.
When Tom completes Phase Three ask for a 3D package design mock-up form the packaging design art. The mock-up will be similar to this 3D packaging mock-up.
