Who needs the Mark?

There are three steps in the QT Certification Process.

Step 1.
Go to the Charter Licensee application form.

Step 2.
If insurance is required for your organization, a provider will contact you and notify QTL once your policy is in force.

Step 3.
QTL will then contact you with the URL to sign up for Licensing of the QT Mark. You will then be allowed and instructed on how to place the QT mark on your site within 24 hours.
