The Licensee would then contact you and resolve the Complaint with you to your satisfaction as well as provide some form of valuable consideration as stated in the Licensee's Code if your Complaint is valid.

Use this form to file a Complaint for untimely Response Code Violations

Response to Customers - we agree to display our response policy on our Site in an area where customers purchase our products and to respond within the time specified in our Code.

Violation of the Response to Customers Code must be verified by simply completing the form below. Contact the Licensee by e-mail and print the e-mail you send, saving it in the event we need it.
