The Licensee would then contact you and resolve the Complaint with you to your satisfaction as well as provide some form of valuable consideration as stated in the Licensee's Code if your Complaint is valid.

Use this form to file a Complaint for Payment Notification Code Violations

Payment Notification - we agree to clearly notify our customers before they are going to be charged for products or services.

Violation of the Response to Customers Code must be verified by completing the below form.

QTL may require you to email a copy of the receipt or invoice that was supplied to you by the Site when your purchase was made. QTL will make every attempt to validate your claim.
