- Our
mission is to help people around the world regain the Consumer
Confidence and Trust in Internet Sites, Products and Services. We accomplish this by having
Sites become Licensed to display the QT Mark, adding needed credibility. The Code and its purpose - When your Organization chooses to adopt the QTL Program, as a QTL Licensee it agrees to abide by its Code of Ethical Business Practices and to penalties for non-compliance of this Code. This combination is what makes it effective and credible to the public. Self-initiative without law enforcement - The fact that your Organization took this initiative on its own without being forced to do so by laws or government mandate proves its commitment to quality, trust, customer service and much more. Consumer Trust and Confidence - Consumers, knowing your Organization agreed to the Code without being forced to do so, are more apt to use your service, buy your products, and try new services and products as they are introduced. The value of displaying the QT Mark on your Site and in media and printed promotion is priceless and cannot be achieved without the help of a third-party such as QTL. Self Regulation - QTL is attempting to do what no single government or union of governments, nor any other entity other than a third-party independent organization can... provide the ultimate level of Consumer Confidence and Trust via a Program that is self-regulating and self-governing. Tools to betterment - QTL provides all the tools necessary to assure your customers of your services including licensee awareness information, aggregate complaint information and consultation.
