Like the Good Housekeeping Seal the QT Mark and Program helps consumers regain real Consumer Confidence and Trust in Internet Sites and Organizations... for individuals and for Companies. Unlike other Programs, ours includes fines and user/consumer compensation.

2. Sites and Organizations agree to be punished for violating your Trust.
Those that agree to be licensed by us, agree to immediate financial penalties and adequate financial compensation if they do not live up to the promises they make to you. Financial penalties are the only way people will believe in what Organizations promise. We go where the law cannot, directly into the Organization's pocketbook. For Organizations that keep their promises, there are no fines or penalties. Our Program is simple, effective, keeps the issues out of the court room, and lets you truly trust our Licensees.

3. If your Privacy or Security is compromised our Licensees pay you!
If Sites or Organizations violate your Privacy or Security in any way... by selling or transferring your personal Information, losing it or making it inaccessible, not delivering the products or services they promised when they promised, and not living up to the promises they make, (which we make them clearly state), they compensate you and pay a fine. Fines hurt and make Organizations and Sites worldwide stick to their promises.

4. Fines force QT Licensees to act ethically and keep their promises.
Laws are difficult to enforce, slow to enact, and other solutions are not working. Like having a driver's license of Confidence and Trust, if Organizations violate the rules (the promises they make to you), they are fined and you are compensated. Like a driver's license,  if QT Licensees violate their promises too many times, not only are they fined for each offense, they lose their license!

No other 'trust' organization seems willing or able to step up and truly make the necessary difference.
We are willing and ready right now.
Neither the Better Business Bureau nor Truste or any other we know of includes fines for violations. WE DO.

All the other so-called seals of Trust simply slap the violating Organization on the wrist or take away their license. Does that make you feel better and have more confidence? The answer from the public has so far been 'no, not at all, or certainly not enough'.

I am making no promises that I will do this, however the QT Licensing Program makes sense to me and I feel it will help your Organization be more trusted and help me have more trust in it.

Email or postal mail the letter above and address it to the management or webmasters of as many Sites or Organizations as you can. You can even copy and paste it!

That's all you need to do to help!
If enough letters are received by enough Organizations, they will finally realize what the public really wants - to be able to trust them.

How do I find a Site's address?

Simply address your e-mail to:

This will send your message directly to the Site.

How do I know what to place after the '@'?
To determine what to place after the '@' simply type in, cut or paste whatever appears after the 'www' in the Site's address.
For example, to write us the address is:
