Since Internet Sites and services are not regulated by government like most brick and mortar based businesses, mostly because of the governments' inability to react quickly enough in the changing internet environment, Quality Testing Labs was formed as an independent entity to help businesses build consumer confidence and trust for their online and offline services.
Since 1977, Rob Cummings has been developing, producing and managing creative projects for a wide variety of Fortune 1000 clients. After graduating top ten from the prestigious Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art in NYC, he began as a designer with a New York City advertising agency. In 1978 he became Creative Director for the in-house agency of a Miami-based electronics manufacturer. While there, he developed a marketing program which quickly doubled revenues, decreased costs by 40%, enabled the in-house agency to become completely self-sufficient, and enabled Mr. Cummings to assume a role as a contracted Consultant within his first year. In 1979, Mr. Cummings launched Cummings Communications Design, Inc. Based on an innovative concept along with Mr. Cummings' unique integrated approach, the Ft. Lauderdale-based company streamlined the creative process by providing all aspects of advertising, marketing, promotion, packaging, product development and corporate/product identity from a single source for a national client base. The successful integration of comprehensive business plans, strategic marketing, sales, customer service, processes and other programs Cummings developed served to dramatically increase sales, and reduce costs. Combined with Rob Cummings' unique personality and management skills, he was also able to provide the greater benefit of company-wide acceptance, focus and support for his programs. In 1983, Cummings added video marketing services and in 1985 Cummings Communications Design became a pioneer in advanced digital design and production. In 1997, Rob Cummings created keyword.com, and the focus of the business changed to the development of internet-based business solutions.
