Security, Privacy and Full Disclosure

Full disclosure - we fully disclose all pertinent information about our services, all costs involved, availability of services, contact information, types of services we offer, any guarantees and/or warranties that may apply and terms and conditions of use of our Site.

Privacy - we  have a privacy statement for consumer privacy, display the privacy statement on our site and do not sell, rent or give away any personally identifiable information. Furthermore, we do not use cookies to track customer behavior.

Reliability - we agree that our Site will not be down for more than 5 minutes in any 24 hour period. This assumes that the consumer can connect to the Internet by the consumers' network. We have redundant mechanisms in place to increase the security of your data and the performance of our Site.

Honor all Claims we make - all the claims and representations we make in writing on our Site, email and correspondence are true and accurate and up to date.

Customer Support Access - we provide a page on our Site for our consumers to access customer service via email, submit form, phone and postal mail.

Reasonable Response - we respond to any Licensee contact attempt within 48 hours (2 days) via any method including email and/or phone (weekends excluded). We respond to any Consumer contact attempt within 5 business days.

Conduct - we agree to conduct our organization within the laws of the state, province or country in which our organization resides.

Compensation - In the event of non-compliance to our Code, we will compensate the Complainant that reported the issue to QTL with a check in the amount of $25.
