1. Security -
financial transactions that occur during sign up are processed on a secure
socket layer that is at least 40 bit encryption and must be identified in
the URL starting with https://. 3. Privacy - we have a privacy statement for consumer privacy, display the privacy statement on our site and allow consumers the "opt out", "opt in" option regarding our disclosure of information if applicable. 4. Disclosure - we fully disclose all pertinent information about our services, all costs involved, availability of services, contact information, types of services we offer, any guarantees and/or warranties that may apply and terms and conditions of use of our Site and services. 5. Claims - all the claims and representations we make in writing on our Site, email and correspondence are true and accurate and up to date. 5. Customer Support Access - we provide a page on our Site for our consumers to access customer service via email, submit form, phone and postal mail. 6. Response to consumers - we agree to display our consumer service response policy on our Site in an area where consumers purchase our services. 7. Delivery of service - we deliver our services within the timeframe stated on our Site. 8. Cancellation Policy - we agree to display our cancellation policy on our Site in an area where customer purchase our services. 9. Conduct - we agree to conduct our organization within the laws of the state, province or country in which our organization resides. 10. Auditing - QTL makes periodic assurance checks to verify that this Site remains in compliance with this Code of Ethics. Penalties for non-compliance 11. Penalties - we agree that any report to QTL of failure to comply with any of the rules set forth by this agreement will constitute a penalty of $100 per incident*. 12. Revocation - QTL will revoke our right to use the QT Mark if we exceed 100 reported incidents to QTL within the term of the license which is one year. 13. Compensation - In the event non-compliance to our Code, we will compensate the user that reported the issue to QTL a gift certificate for $25 off our service. *QTL
has provided our organization a 90 day grace period that ends on 00/00/00.
After that date our Organization will face financial penalties for
non-compliance. |
