1. Security
- financial transactions that occur during signup are processed on a secure socket layer that is at least 40 bit
encryption and must be identified in the URL starting with https://. 3. Data Recovery - We agree that we backup our customer website data daily. 4. Access - we agree that our customers can access their data 24 hours a day. 5. Privacy - we have a privacy statement for consumer privacy, display the privacy statement on our site and allow consumers the "opt out", "opt in" option regarding our disclosure of information if applicable. 6. Disclosure - we fully disclose all pertinent information about our services, all costs involved, availability of services, contact information, types of services we offer, any guarantees and/or warranties that may apply and terms and conditions of use. 7. Claims - all the claims and representations we make in writing on our Site, email and correspondence are true and accurate and up to date. |

8. Customer Support Access - we provide a page on our Site for our consumers to access customer service via email, submit form and postal mail. 9. Response to consumers - we agree to display our consumer service response policy on our Site in an area where consumers purchase our services. 10. Delivery of services - we deliver our services within the timeframe stated on our Site. 11. Payment - we agree to clearly notify our customers before they are going to be charged for products or services. 12. Transactional Information - we agree to provide our customers with a receipt, invoice or similar Information of all products or services purchased immediately following payment. 13. Cancellation Policy - we agree to display our cancellation policy on our Site in an area where customer purchase our services. 14. Auditing - We agree that QTL may conduct a Site review at any time to ensure the Site is in compliance with its code. 15. Conduct - we agree to conduct our organization within the laws of the state, province or country in which our organization resides. |

Penalties for non-compliance 16. Penalties* - we agree that any report to QTL of failure to comply with any of the rules set forth by this agreement will constitute a penalty of $100 per incident*. 17. Revocation - QTL will revoke our right to use the QT Mark if we exceed 100 reported incidents to QTL within the term of the license which is one year. 18. Compensation - In the event of non-compliance with our Code, we will compensate the user that reported the issue to QTL a gift certificate for $25 off our service. *QTL
has provided our organization a 90 day temporary License and grace period that ends on 00/00/00.
After that our Organization will be fully Licensed and face financial penalties for
non-compliance. |
