Regulate your sleep-wake rhythm with bright light


Living in modern society, many find it difficult to expose themselves selves to an adequate amount of sunshine. Bright light emits strong light (10,000 Lux), equivalent to the morning sunlight and consisting of a broad spectrum resembling natural sunshine. Bright light brings you the benefits of natural sunshine effectively and easily.

Light therapy has been an established treatment used by many hospitals and health facilities for the aged and infirmed. 

Light therapy requires light consisting of a broad spectrum (a broad range of wave lengths), like the sun's. What affects the biorhythm and sleeping is the visible light, where wave lengths are within the range of 380mm to 780mm. Especially significant is the blue-to-green range (450 to 550mm). Common fluorescent lights do not aid in regulating a body's biorhythm.
