Having technical problems with your shopping basket?

Problems may occur if your browser is not configured properly. Clinical Creations online store relies on "Cookies" being activated in your browser. The cookies act as temporary "place holders" for information. Every time you login to the online store, a cookie is activated on you computer. If cookies are turned off in your browser, you may experience problems adding items to your shopping basket.

Most 4.0 browsers or later automatically have cookies turned on. If your browser version is less than 4.0, we recommend you upgrade your browser. If you use Internet Explorer, go to Microsoft.com to download the newest version. If you use Netscape, go to Netscape.com to download the newest version.

If you already use a browser that is 4.0 version or later, you must check to see that you browser has cookies enabled.

To enable cookies on your browser, follow the instructions below:

Microsoft Internet Explorer:
1. Select tools, internet options.
2. Select the security tab.
3. Now, click on the custom level button.
4. Scroll down to the cookies section and make sure that cookies are enabled.
5. Click ok, then click yes when you are asked about making changes to security settings.
6. Click ok again and your cookies will be enabled.

Netscape Communicator:
1. Select edit, preferences.
2. Under the Category section (on the left side), select advanced.
3. Enable "accept all cookies" in the cookies section (on the right side).
4. Click OK and your cookies will be enabled.

If you are receiving Java-script errors:

Pages that use java-script are generally prone to errors when you are using an older version (pre 4.0) internet browser. Please make sure you are using the most up-to-date browser that is available.
