Benwin will replace this product, free of charge, in the USA or Puerto Rico, in the event of a defect in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Our warranty is extended only to the original purchaser. All of the below fields must be filled out completely. A Return Merchandise Authorization number will be issued to you via email from technical support once the below form is received.

Reason for Returning Product:


1. RMA number is issued only for the product listed above.
2. RMA number must clearly show on the outside shipping box.
3. RMA number will be void if goods are not received with 10 working days.
4. All RMA merchandise must arrive at Benwin freight prepaid.
5. Benwin will return the product(s) via UPS ground. 
6. Most RMA's will be replaced within 2 weeks of receipt, but please allow 4 - 6 weeks for delivery.
